1. Today's mentoring experience was meaningful because we got to talk about the importance of having a purpose statement in your life. I have never written one before and I really think that it can beneficial for me to do it. My mentor steered me to some great verses to get me started.

2. Jeremiah 29:11
Proverbs 3:5-6

These verses remind me that God has a purpose for my life and that His plans are always better than mine.

3. We talked about my devotional life and how God is teaching me through it.

We wrote a "rough draft" of our bibical purpose statement. It was neat to see how God is using each of us in different ways but for such a greater purpose.

2.
2 Timothy 1:7, Proverbs 4:23 and 27:19, 1 Corinthians 13~ I see how much love God has given me and how much I have to pour onto others.

3.
